Frenchocho Toast
RECIPE:
(Pro tip—use a hand-held blender and choose a nutty or grainy bread for the best taste!)
For every 4 slices of bread, combine:
-1/2 cup your favorite milk
-2 large eggs or egg substitute
-3 tablespoons of Mikuna Chocho Protein (Vanilla is best!)
Mix well and pour into a casserole dish or glass container. Soak each slice of bread for 10 minutes per side. Make sure the griddle is very hot, and then turn the flame down to low. Cook each side of bread for about 15 minutes or until slightly golden. Turn the heat up and give each side 5 minutes for crispy edges, and that’s it!
Eat this plain and be completely happy, or enjoy with maple syrup and be...well...a little happier.
