No-Blender Chocho Shake

Looking for a post-workout boost that’s quick…like, REALLY quick? This shake takes about a minute to make and doesn’t require a blender, so you can be nourished and on your way in no time.

Ingredients:
Half of a ripe banana
10 oz. of almond milk
1 serving of Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein (Cacao)
Salt
Cinnamon
Ice (optional)

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender bottle (we recommend ShakeSphere), shake for 30 seconds, and enjoy! (If you don’t have a blender bottle, use a fork to smash the banana before you add it.)
