Protein Rich Dips & Sauces

A few simple variations on our lux Garlic Crema can yield a multitude of dips, dressings, and sauces for any occasion. Our classic Garlic Crema base is made of cashews, chocho, and some spices, and comes together in less than 10 minutes. Once you have made a big batch of the crema base, consider spicing some up in the following ways for a new spin on a long standing classic.

CAESAR DRESSING//

Ingredients:

  1. 1 batch cashew garlic crema
  2. ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  3. 5 cloves of garlic
  4. ¼ cup lemon juice
  5. 2tsp black pepper 

Directions

> Blend garlic cashew crema with added ingredients. Add water if too thick, and use as a caesar salad dressing or drizzle on your buddha bowls to upgrade your work week lunch.

UMAMI MISO//

  1. 1 batch cashew garlic crema
  2. ¼ cup soy sauce
  3. ¼ cup sesame oil
  4. 2tbsp maple syrup
  5. 2tbsp miso 
  6. 2tbsp lime juice

Directions

>Blend the garlic cashew crema with added ingredients. Use on salads, as a tofu marinade, or top your avocado cucumber sushi rolls with a hefty dollop to take to the next level. 

AVOCADO TZATZIKI RANCH

  1. 1 batch cashew garlic crema
  2. 1 avocado
  3. ½ cucumber
  4. 5 cloves garlic 
  5. ¼ cup lemon juice
  6. ½ bunch dill
  7. ½ bunch green onion

Directions

>Blend avocado, garlic, lemon juice into cashew crema. Finely chop dill, green onion, and cucumber and add in. Stir and serve atop falafel, as a dip for fresh veggies, or on a charcuterie board.
