Vegan Chocho Chai Latte
The fragrant herbs and spices in this creamy Vegan Chocho Chai Latte are sure to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein, it’s probably the most nutritious chai you’ve ever had.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 whole star anise
1 cinnamon stick
3 cracked open cardamom pods
¼ cup of loose black jasmine tea
2 cups of coconut milk (or oat milk)
¼ cup of Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein (We recommend Vanilla)
1 Tbsp. of Swerve or cane sugar
Instructions:
Boil water, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and tea leaves for 10 minutes.
Add Swerve or sugar and Chocho. Stir until fully dissolved
Reduce heat.
Add coconut milk and stir until hot. (Optional: Add milk in after tea is poured.)
