Refund policy

We believe in the quality of our products, and we care deeply about the satisfaction of our customers. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing care@mikunafoods.com, and we’ll provide a refund.

NOTE: This applies only to first-time purchases of a product and is limited to one item (i.e. if more than one of the same SKU is purchased, we will refund one item). 

We reserve the right to request the return of any unused product at your expense.

You may change or cancel a subscription order anytime up to 72-hours prior to it's scheduled fulfillment date. Simply log into your account, and amend your subscription or contact us at care@mikunafoods.com so we may assist with the cancellation.
