This cozy winter Coffee blends the rich depth of espresso shot with the complete nutrition of Chocho protein from Mikuna — for a creamy, energizing drink that fuels your morning, afternoon slump, or post-workout recovery.

☕ Ingredients & How to Make It

Serves: Two

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (≈ ⅓ cup) Mikuna Chocho Plant Protein, Cacao Flavor
  • 2 Espresso Shots
  • 1 cup organic coconut milk (full-fat for richness, or light for a lighter texture)
  • 1 frozen banana (≈ ½ cup sliced)
  • ¼ cup chopped organic walnuts (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite powder (optional — adds a warm, nutty depth)
  • 1–2 tablespoons organic maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions for the Cozy Winter Cacao Coffee Protein Smoothie

  1. In a blender, combine Chocho protein, espresso shots, coconut milk, frozen banana, walnuts, mesquite powder, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Blend 30–45 sec until smooth and frothy.
  2. Taste; add another tablespoon of maple syrup if desired.
  3. If too thick, add coconut milk (1 tbsp at a time) until pourable and creamy.
  4. Fill two cups. 
  5. Garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and texture.
