- 1 scoop (≈ ⅓ cup) Mikuna Chocho Plant Protein, Cacao Flavor
- 2 Espresso Shots
- 1 cup organic coconut milk (full-fat for richness, or light for a lighter texture)
- 1 frozen banana (≈ ½ cup sliced)
- ¼ cup chopped organic walnuts (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon mesquite powder (optional — adds a warm, nutty depth)
- 1–2 tablespoons organic maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions for the Cozy Winter Cacao Coffee Protein Smoothie
- In a blender, combine Chocho protein, espresso shots, coconut milk, frozen banana, walnuts, mesquite powder, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Blend 30–45 sec until smooth and frothy.
- Taste; add another tablespoon of maple syrup if desired.
- If too thick, add coconut milk (1 tbsp at a time) until pourable and creamy.
- Fill two cups.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and texture.
