Chef Joshua Ferris is a renowned private chef and caterer based in Dover, Delaware, known for curating elite dining experiences in clients’ homes, yachts, or jets. With a passion for Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, he uses fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients sourced from local farmers and butchers to craft nutrition-based meal plans and innovative dishes. There are moments where slowing down becomes essential — where rest, reconnection, and intention create space for new energy to take root. That’s exactly the spirit behind the New Beginnings Retreat hosted by Wise & Well Collective, and why Mikuna was honored to be part of this deeply restorative experience.

Held at Wisdom Woods, a serene forest sanctuary known for its quiet trails, calming lakes, and deeply grounding natural surroundings, the retreat brought together people seeking clarity, healing, and renewal. It was a perfect setting for what Mikuna stands for: whole-food nourishment, connection to land, and honoring wisdom from the earth.

Food is a central part of every Wise & Well retreat, and this one was no exception. Their culinary team integrated Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein into smoothies, bowls, and nourishing meals designed to support:
