20g Protein Raspberry Smoothie

This nutrient-packed smoothie combines Mikuna Chocho Plant Protein with organic raspberries for a refreshing, plant-based smoothie delivering approximately 20g of protein.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- Mikuna Vanilla Chocho Plant Protein: 1/3 Cup Serving
- Organic frozen raspberries: 1 cup
- Organic Three Trees Almond Milk: 6oz (You may also use Oat Milk or Coconut Milk)
- Water 6oz
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Measure out organic frozen raspberries.
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine Chocho Protein, organic frozen raspberries, organic almond milk. Blend on medium-high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more organic almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and blend briefly until it reaches a smooth, drinkable consistency. Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder, thicker texture is desired.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Garnish: (Optional) Sprinkle a pinch of chopped organic walnuts, Chia Seeds, Granola or Hemp Seeds on top for added crunch.
- Enjoy: Sip immediately for a refreshing, protein-packed raspberry smoothie!
Tips
- For a tangier flavor, add a squeeze of organic lemon juice before blending.
- Swap organic walnuts for organic almonds or omit for a smoother texture.
- If mesquite powder is unavailable, substitute with a pinch of organic cinnamon or omit for a simpler flavor.
- Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours; shake or blend before serving.
