🥣 Recipe: Mick’s Clean Wave Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ scoop Mikuna Pure Chocho (~20 g plant protein)

  • ½ cup organic frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup organic frozen raspberries

  • ½ organic banana (peeled + frozen), or ~¼ cup sliced frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon organic almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons organic rolled oats (certified gluten-free if needed)

  • ¾ cup unsweetened organic almond milk

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for a cooler, thicker texture)

Instructions:

  1. Add Chocho powder, frozen berries, frozen banana, almond butter, oats, and almond milk into a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend on medium-high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add more almond milk until desired consistency.

  4. For a colder, frothier texture, blend again with the optional ice cubes.

  5. Pour into a glass. Optional: top with a few oats or a sliced strawberry for visual appeal.

  6. Enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture.

Tip: For sweeter flavor, stir in 1 tsp organic maple syrup or honey before blending. To tweak the nutty profile, you can swap almond butter for peanut butter.
