This vibrant, regenerative smoothie, inspired by Nat Kelley, combines Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein with organic papaya, açaí, blueberries, and avocado for a nutrient-dense, plant-based drink. Packed with approximately 20–25g of protein per serving and boosted with greens, it’s the perfect way to start your morning with energy and vitality.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • Mikuna Chocho Plant Protein, Pure Chochol: 1/3 cup (about 3 tbsp, ~20–25g protein)
  • Organic non-dairy milk (e.g., almond or oat): 3/4 cup
  • Organic frozen papaya: 1/2 cup
  • Organic frozen açaí: 1 packet (100g, unsweetened)
  • Organic frozen blueberries: 1/2 cup
  • Organic greens powder: 1 tbsp (or a handful of organic fresh greens like spinach or kale)
  • Organic avocado: 1/2, peeled and pitted
  • Organic honey: 1 tsp (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes: 1/2 cup (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Thaw the organic açaí packet slightly by running under warm water for 10–15 seconds, then break into smaller pieces. Measure out organic frozen papaya and blueberries, and prepare organic avocado.
  2. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein, organic non-dairy milk, organic frozen papaya, organic frozen açaí, organic frozen blueberries, organic greens powder (or fresh greens), organic avocado, and organic honey (if using). Blend on medium-high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more organic non-dairy milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and blend briefly until it reaches a smooth, drinkable consistency. Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder, thicker texture is desired.
