This vibrant, nutrient-dense smoothie bowl combines Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein with organic açaí and fresh fruits for a delicious, plant-based breakfast or snack. Packed with protein, antioxidants, and tropical flavors, it’s perfect for a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Mikuna Chocho Superfood Protein: 1/3 cup
  • Organic frozen açaí puree: 2 packets (100g each), unsweetened
  • Organic frozen bananas: 2, peeled and sliced
  • Organic frozen blueberries: 1/2 cup
  • Organic almond milk: 3/4 cup (or other organic non-dairy milk)
  • Organic honey: 1 tbsp (optional, for sweetness)
  • Organic chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Organic granola: 1/2 cup, for topping
  • Organic fresh strawberries: 1/2 cup, sliced, for topping
  • Organic fresh blueberries: 1/4 cup, for topping
  • Organic shredded coconut: 2 tbsp, for topping

Instructions

1) Prepare Ingredients: Thaw the organic açaí packets slightly by running under warm water for 10–15 seconds, then break into smaller pieces. Ensure frozen bananas and blueberries are ready.

2) Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the Mikuna Chocho protein, organic açaí puree, organic frozen bananas, organic frozen blueberries, organic almond milk, and organic honey (if using). Blend on low, gradually increasing to medium speed, until smooth and thick. Use a tamper to push ingredients toward the blades if needed. Add more almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if too thick, but keep the consistency spoonable.

3) Serve: Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. Smooth the surface with a spoon for a clean presentation.

4)Top It Off: Sprinkle organic granola evenly over each bowl. Arrange organic sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, and shredded coconut on top for color and texture.

5) Enjoy: Serve immediately with a spoon and savor the creamy, nutrient-packed goodness!
