Tessa’s Après Smoothie

Snowboarder Tessa Maud set a goal to compete in the Olympics, and by the age of 18, she had already accomplished it. Here’s how she enjoys some of her favorite flavors while also nourishing her body with vitamins, minerals, fiber, amino acids, and clean plant protein.
