Our Pure Chocho consists of a single ingredient—Chocho. That's all! When we say "clean," we mean it. No sugar, no dairy, no artificial sweeteners, and no fillers.
Starring Chocho, our Vanilla and Cacao powders are crafted from five simple, clean ingredients: Organic vanilla or Organic Ecuadorian cacao, along with organic coconut blossom nectar, organic monk fruit extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Your body naturally produces nonessential amino acids, but essential amino acids must come from your diet. A complete protein source contains all nine essentials. Mikuna delivers them all in a single ingredient—Chocho.
Chocho is naturally packed with Calcium, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Plant Fiber, 9/9 essential amino acids, and more protein than any other plant source on the planet.
Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are essential components of protein, promoting muscle growth, repair, and overall recovery. These amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine, and valine, are not naturally produced by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplements. Chocho, rich in BCAAs, provides a natural and effective way to support your body's muscle health and to enhance recovery.
Lectins are anti-nutrients common to plant proteins and linked to digestive issues like bloating and gas. Mikuna products are proudly lectin free.
Through our proprietary debittering process, we remove antinutrients from Chocho, leaving our products gluten, lectin and oxalate-free. High levels of oxalic acid can block the absorption of minerals and can bind to calcium in the kidneys, producing kidney stones. Mikuna products do not contain oxalates.
